Origin: A group of us spent 10+ years doing intelligent transformation at Huawei, Foxconn, and Siemens — and discovered a contradiction. Large enterprises have the budget and teams for AI transformation, but the mid-size manufacturers who need efficiency gains the most either can't afford it or can't make it work on the shop floor.
Turning Point: In 2025, we founded DAKAW. Not to build yet another enterprise software company, but to turn the AI capabilities honed at industry giants into a growth engine that mid-size manufacturers can actually afford, deploy, and see results from — fast.
